This is the official landing page for LinX OS and the Oxyde Desktop — a lightweight, modern compositor with Aqua‑inspired glass and blur, tuned to sip RAM (target < 1 GB) while delivering a playful, early‑2000s vibe.

Everything here is intentionally simple, table‑based, and compatible with classic browsers. No heavy scripts, no frameworks — just honest HTML.

LinX OS is a retro‑modern Linux distribution that pairs a classic early‑2000s look with modern security and drivers. The default theme is LinX Aero running on Oxyde.
